i would say its true but i have a problem with ';asking';! why would you ask someone and not realize your own behavior?True or false question management?
True. You get more objective views of your behavior because people are less biased about you than you are yourself.True or false question management?
true, because some people can't see there flaws, plus you may be perceived differently then you think and perception is sometimes more important then the truth.
You may not be able to recognize personal flaws or behaviors that others find annoying.
