I have a true or false question about the Freedom of Choice Act (US)...?

True or false:

The Freedom of Choice Act contains verbage that would require any US doctor to perform an abortion if requested.

Please answer, and then tell me how you got the information that led to your answer (optional, but appreciated). I am doing a little sociology experiment, as I sit bored stiff in my last hour of work. I will remain silent and impartial as I watch the results.I have a true or false question about the Freedom of Choice Act (US)...?
No, it would not require any doctor (or hospital) to perform abortions on demand. Conscience clause laws prevail.

It should be noted that the bill is _not_ currently before the 111th congress. It was referred (in the 108th and 110th congresses) to committee and got stuck there each time.I have a true or false question about the Freedom of Choice Act (US)...?
False. Nothing in either draft of either the Senate or HR bill mention requiring doctors to perform abortions. They only protect the right of a woman to get one if she wants to.
False.

Here is the text of the bill:

And here is the main point of it:

***Government*** may not deny or interfere with a woman's right to choose.

Kinda like our government is not supposed to endorse any particular religion or religious belief, a heading which anti-abortion legislation definitely falls under.
I believe this is true. At the very least it appears that it would remove the right of religiously-based hospitals to choose whether or not they wish to perform abortions. If this is accurate, it seems like many will be stripped of their ';freedom to choose.'; Is that true justice?
False.

The ONLY thing that FOCA does is prevent the GOVERNMENT from passing laws that restrict reproductive choices.
No one can force a Doctor preform elective surgery if he or she chooses not to do so.
That is false.
false. that's just anti choice propaganda
